Credit card payment through Stripe. Premium is charged at sign-up and each renewal date. Video Review is a one-time payment at sign-up.

Premium is normally available immediately after payment confirmation. Video-review feedback is normally provided within seven days after video submission; unavoidable circumstances may cause a delay.

Premium renews monthly. You may initiate cancellation at any time from Plan & Billing, retain access through the current paid period, and then move to Free. Where supported, cancellation may be resumed before period end.

Premium is generally not prorated for a partial month. A video review may be canceled for a full refund before video submission and is generally non-refundable after submission. Duplicate or erroneous charges, operator-side inability to provide the service, and refunds required by law are reviewed individually.
