Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ROREL, the 2A practice tool (the “Service”). Please review them before using the Service or purchasing a paid offering.

1. Application
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Additional conditions shown before a purchase form part of your agreement for that purchase.
2. Service
The Service provides 2A yo-yo learning content, trick relationships, videos, practice planning, recommendations, progress and mastery tracking, achievements, Premium features, and paid video reviews.
3. Accounts
Google sign-in is required for saved features and purchases. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Video Review
Video reviews are provided directly by 2A instructor Yuki Takami. The price is $14.99 per review for Free users and $12.99 per review for Premium users.
You may cancel for a full refund before submitting a video. After a video is submitted, payment is generally non-refundable because review work may begin. We will review operator-side inability to provide the review, duplicate or erroneous charges, and legally required refunds individually.
Feedback is normally provided within seven days after video submission. Unavoidable circumstances may cause a delay, in which case we will respond as reasonably possible.
6. User uploads
You retain your rights in videos and other material you submit. You grant the operator only the limited permission needed to store, view, process, and return feedback for the Service. We will not use an uploaded video in advertising, social media, teaching materials, or other publicity without your explicit permission.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not violate law or third-party rights, access another account, interfere with security or operation, overload the Service, upload harmful or unlawful material, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or misuse learning or review content.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in Service text, design, software, curricula, and operator-created content belong to the operator or applicable rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
9. Changes and suspension
Features may be changed or suspended for maintenance, security, external-service changes, or other reasonable operational needs. Material changes will be announced where reasonably practical.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Learning information is educational guidance and does not guarantee mastery or safety. Practice in a safe space using suitable equipment. The operator will exercise reasonable care in providing the Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and the effective date will be shown on this page.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. A court with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes. This does not deprive consumers of protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Contact
Questions, cancellation or refund requests that cannot be completed through the Service, and statutory disclosure requests may be sent through the feedback form.
For questions, use thefeedback form.
