Cancellation & Refund Policy

Premium is a monthly subscription priced at $9.99 in English checkout and ¥980 in Japanese checkout. It renews automatically every month.

You may initiate cancellation at any time from Plan & Billing. Premium remains available through the end of the current paid period and then changes to Free. Where supported, you may resume before period end.

We do not generally provide prorated refunds for a partial month.

Video Review is a one-time purchase: $14.99 for Free users and $12.99 for Premium users in English checkout; ¥1,500 Free and ¥1,300 Premium in Japanese checkout.

Before video submission, you may cancel for a full refund. After submission, payment is generally non-refundable because review work may begin. Feedback is normally provided within seven days after submission.

We review duplicate or erroneous charges, operator-side inability to provide the service, and refunds required by law individually. Send the purchase details and circumstances through the feedback form, but do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
